Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Company Goal. If you are not happy with our products or service, please let us know and we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you.
If the product carries the Black Shield brand, we will likely be able to send you any replacement parts that you’ll need. If the product is made by one of our manufacturers (e.g., Hornady, Lee, RCBS, etc.), you will need to contact them directly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to safety considerations, ammunition, black powder firearms, guns, gunpowder, primers, and treestands may not be returned. Also, products requiring fuel or liquid may not be returned once fuel or liquid has been added.
All returns must be compliant with the shipping restrictions of hazardous materials (HazMat). Please refer to your carrier for details.
Any products shipped from one of our partners must be returned to that partner.
Paying for Replaced or Exchanged Item
We do not accept cash or checks as payment for replaced or exchanged items. If for any reason the cost to return the item is greater than the original cost, we will charge the original card. All cash or checks received will be returned to you.
CPR Class Refund Policy
Classes are non-refundable. If you are not able to attend a class that was paid for, we are more than happy to apply payment to a class you would like to take in the future.
